Shipping Policy

Grae and Olive ships only domestic. We are looking forward to shipping worldwide very soon!

All packages are processed within 1-4 days. Orders generally take 3-6 business days from shipment date to be delivered. Please note that due to Covid-19, there may be delays in shipment from the carrier. If this happens,  you would need to contact USPS for any inquiries.

Please ensure you are shipping to a secure location. Grae and Olive in not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Customers are to ensure the correct delivery address is input during checkout. Returned packages will be charged shipping fees at the customer's expense.
